Highlights

High Volume Ready

Built for high-volume projects, the Lino iMX93 features a board-to-board connector that supports scalable performance and simpler assembly processes.

Ultra-compact Small Form Factor

The Lino family combines a space-saving 30 × 30 mm design with powerful performance, making it ideal for portable devices and other compact systems. Despite its small size, it delivers industrial-grade reliability for demanding environments.

Multimedia Support for HMI

Designed for modern edge applications, the Lino iMX93 SoM supports MIPI DSI and LVDS displays, digital audio (I²S) and 2D graphics acceleration. This enables rich human–machine interfaces (HMIs) and multimedia-driven IoT applications.

Optimized for Edge AI and Vision

The Lino iMX93 leverages its dual Cortex-A55 cores, Cortex-M33 real-time processor, MIPI CSI-2 camera interface and optional NPU up to 0.5 TOPS for accelerated machine learning. This makes it an excellent fit for intelligent edge AI devices such as predictive maintenance sensors, smart vision modules and autonomous control systems.

Power Optimized

Compact and power-efficient, the Lino iMX93 SoM is a perfect fit for IoT gateways, smart sensors, handheld devices and control units. Its architecture balances performance with low power consumption, enabling always-on devices and battery-powered designs.

Industrial Reliability

The Lino iMX93 SoM is engineered for -40°C to +85°C operation, shock and vibration resistance, and long-term availability until 2038, making it ideal for industry-critical applications.

Torizon for Updates, Remote Access and Monitoring

The Lino iMX93 SoM is available with Torizon Cloud (formerly Torizon Platform), accelerating development and maintenance of your products. Key features include secure and reliable remote & offline updates, fleet monitoring, and remote access.

Toradex Lino Family

All Lino SoMs are pin-compatible, enabling easy scalability and migration across the family. This ensures design flexibility for both current and future products. Comprehensive documentation, strong developer support, a network of service partners, and third-party carrier boards further strengthen the Toradex ecosystem.

Torizon

Torizon makes modern, iterative product development easier by seamlessly integrating hardware, an OS, development tools, remote updates, and fleet monitoring. That makes it a scalable solution for devices requiring high reliability and security.

Be Fast, Be Secure, Be Reliable

Torizon accelerates your iMX93 project. The ready and maintained embedded Linux OS with simple tools allows you to focus on your application. Torizon is built with Continuous Delivery in mind, so you can ship early and update iteratively. Secure and Reliable Built-in Remote Updates, Device Monitoring, and Remote access reduces your risk. It lets you detect issues before they get serious, debug devices in the field, and take action. Torizon also makes it easy to comply with new regulations like the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) Compliance-Ready

The EU's Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) mandates strict cybersecurity for products sold in the EU, with severe penalties for Non-compliance up to more than €15 million. Toradex simplifies CRA compliance, as hardware and software are designed with the CRA's stringent requirements in mind, reducing your development time, risk, and cost.

Key Requirements:

  • Vulnerability Management

    CRA Requirement:

Monitor for exploitable vulnerability and notify accordingly

    Vulnerability Management
    How Toradex Helps
    • Continuous vulnerability scans of Torizon OS releases
    • Human assessment of CVEs, triaged and classified. No need for a dedicated security team
    • We let you know when there's a new exploited vulnerability
  • Software Bill of Materials (SBOM)

    CRA Requirement:

    Generate SBOMs in machine-readable format

    Software Bill of Materials (SBOM)
    How Toradex Helps
    • We release SBOM for all our builds:
      • SPDX format comprehensive SBOM
      • CycloneDX format actionable SBOM (SBOM + vulnerability analysis)
  • Secure Software Updates

    CRA Requirement:

Address vulnerabilities through a secure update mechanism

    Secure Software Updates
    How Toradex Helps
