Additionally, support for LPDDR5 RAM delivers the highest bandwidth for demanding Computing, Graphics, and Machine Learning applications.
The Verdin iMX95 SoM offers an ARM Mali GPU, enabling rich, high-resolution graphical experiences with hardware acceleration. Additionally, Toradex partners with the Qt Company, Crank Software, Slint and others to provide optimized UI frameworks, so you can get your product to market faster.
The integrated neural network processing unit (NPU) accelerates inference performance for Machine Learning applications, outperforming the Verdin iMX8M Plus’s NPU by a factor of 2 (on our benchmarks). Toradex provides integration with popular machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, to make it easy to get started developing your AI-based products.
The Verdin iMX95 SoM is an affordable approach to the i.MX95 SoC, enabling your product to leverage this powerful chip without losing performance and speed, while keeping costs to a minimum.
The Verdin iMX95 supports the implementation of security-critical functions like secure boot, cryptography, trust provisioning, and run-time attestation, and simplifies compliance with global Cyber security regulations, such as the upcoming EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Carrier Boards
The carrier board provides the necessary signal and power levels to the CoM. It also houses the application-specific connectivity and multimedia interfaces, such as USB, Ethernet, UART and HDMI.
