V1.0b2 Windows CE image and BSPs for iMX7 modules

We are pleased to announce the Windows Embedded Compact 7 & 2013 BSP and image, V1.0b2 release for Colibri iMX7 modules.
Few key updates in this release are:
- support booting from NAND
- support for filesystem
- support for touch screen
- support for CAN
- support for I2C
- improved performances of ethernet driver
- various bug fixes
